My fitness journey began one day as I was playing recreational basketball at the church I grew up in. I was weighing around 35lbs more than I do today. I could not continue playing that day due to the fact that I was out of breath. At that moment I knew changes had to be made. I began exercising and eating healthier and ended up losing about 35lbs! I became addicted to fitness classes and eventually was offered the opportunity to teach. This lead me to want to put all of my efforts into teaching people how to exercise. My body and life changed completely! I've experienced what fitness can do to an individual's life and My mission is to impact as many people as I can and have them experience what healthy eating habits and exercising can do!!!
"In everything I do I believe in challenging the status quo, I believe in thinking differently. I believe in wanting to make a difference. My purpose, when I wake up every morning, is to inspire someone to get moving."

From a young age I’ve always had a passion for sports and fitness. I’ve played many sports in high school and college. From basketball to soccer, if it was competitive I wanted to play it.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer for four years and currently getting my degree in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. I’ve worked with people of every age, ethnicity and background you could think of.
I originally got my start working with my father at his Family practice as a health coach. He developed a wellness center alongside his practice, focusing on preventing illness such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through nutrition and exercise.
Working with people from a functional perspective gave me a great understanding and knowledge of health alongside fitness. In time I would come to create my own personal bootcamp on the weekends. From helping a grandmother learn to get out of a chair without using her hands or teaching an athlete how to properly breathe while performing a power clean I value helping people with their personal fitness goals.
I’m truly fortunate to have the opportunity working with an amazing franchise like Orange Theory. I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone here at Lake Mary!
